Washington's gone

There are so many productive options out there, I wonder if Robby is going to be forced to go G5 or low P4 to see the field. He may be a Texas-2-step kid, taking a step back to take two steps forward. IMHO, his best option would have been to embrace DB and stick with Miami. But it is what it is.

He should have been more open to playing corner. More WRs should.

But we basically had a 3 WR rotation in our last game. 4 WR rotation most of the season.

Maybe that's a product of being in a ton of close games.

But idk how we werent able to get better looks at literally any of our Top 4 WRs. Makes the unit a big question for 2025...losing probably all four top WRs.

I disagree with that.

His best option is to follow what he believes himself to be.

What he needs to clean up is his route running though. It's too inconsistent, that's why he didn't keep his spot on that side of the field here.

He's got some very good and borderline elite traits at WR. It's just gotta be cleaned up. He should work on them non stop between now and his next stop. He's still stuck in that high school mode where he can beat people with some stutter steps, quick changes of direction, and just plain bull**** people fall in love with but doesn't mean squat at this level and beyond.

He needs to be where the ball is going to be on timing routes. Heard that's his biggest problem aside from the fact he doesn't feel it's a problem. Work on that attitude, perfect your craft, and he can make it far.

I agree with this. You can even see in the Twitter clip posted at the top of this thread page that his route running is suspect af. He has some weird footwork where he crosses his feet in front of each other and zigzags his body into his route stems. However that can be fixed with time & work. It's evident how quick & fast he is and he's got some serious shake to go with it.

That leads me to believe that for coaches to switch him to db his hands must be suspect too
