Best of luck boys. Sucks to lose young depth but Mario and staff played plenty of young guys who proved they were capable

These are 2 that could develop if they have patience, but thats not kids these days.
Everyone talks patience, but we just portalbover kids rather than get them game experience. Just like last year, fans and our media believe we neeed transfer additions because of the lack of experience.

I hate to say it, but the way college is playing out, kids are better served going somewhere where they can play early and then transfera few years later.

As it stands now, kids sit for 2-3 years and get portalled over never gaining experience.

Don’t act like SMU d is good , brashsd was a stud at Miami . Mario is stubborn and ****y in recruiting is my take . He thinks he can recruit better than what he has is my take on Mario . Bradshad def would have helped us this year
Ehhh. I think it took him transferring for him to really look in the mirror and commit to a position change, one that would have never taken place here.

In fact, that was a condition of SMU taking him. They didn’t want him at WR and only as a RB. They said on the telecast last night Smith didn’t even know where the A gap was when he started at SMU. Maybe hyperbole, but you get the point.

Some guys have also transferred because they tried to shake us down for portal money and it didn’t work

And in most cases, they hadn’t done too much yet.
Now if Martinez decides not to go to the NFL and stay in college and he tries to shake down Miami for more money, pay him.
