Seems like we landed the guy who wants to work hard. And the 20 hour per day is nonsense. Warren was a beast on the field but he’s a clown. Wouldn’t want him on staff and wouldn’t trust a word out of his mouth. We got a gold jacket on staff already and he’s known to be an A+ character guy and a family oriented human being

Deion is a part time coach as is, so I can see why that kind of leadership style is attractive to Sapp, who doesn't believe in working hard, outside of playing on the field(and we saw that as he aged, he wasn't nearly the same grinder that he was earlier). I wouldn't want Warren Sapp anywhere near the Miami program, he's a great player, but a terrible human being.

We already know they hire lazy coaches (for recruiting) at CU. It’s not that difficult to see even on the outside looking in. DS just offers bread and uses his clout. Then crosses his fingers and hopes the recruit worships him
