"Line of the day from Al Golden after practice: his coaches telling him to "Free Tucker!" in terms of using former AH standout Walter Tucker."

Hope he stomps bees as well as he does Gators.

Using him at FB out of the backfield, he'd be a nice target, but I don't know if it's worth blowing his redshirt.

Fun Fact: His teammates nickname for him is "Mother Tucker Jones"

With Gus killing it as our big back, I think they would want to keep his redshirt going. I'd love to Mo get a few more carries in short yardage situations.

if everyone remains healthy and gus continues to improve I say save him for next yr. I would allow him to still travel when at all possible..he can continue to get bigger and acclimate to the college game. Also he can build up hatred and anger to unleash next year for the championship run.

No problem if there is a need and he's used out of the backfield, but hate to see his shirt used playing just special teams. Wonder if he could be our short yardage back?

yeah he is what 0-7 inside the 5 yard line. dude is not a good short yardage back right now

God **** you Walter! You ******' *******! Everything's a ******' travesty with you, man!

Gus is not killing it as Miami's big back. He's struggling a little bit getting below pad level when it matters. That showed up against FAU and USF. With Clements hurt, they wouldn't pull Tucker's shirt unless he can help them in league play. Plus, if Hagens gets hurt, then you need a viable backup fullback.

That's a great plan, Walter. That's ******' ingenious, if I understand it correctly.

Incredible size/speed ratio on this kid. Not really sure yet how his football skills (or lack thereof?) translate to the RB position, but you can bet he's going to be an impact special teams player here. He has stuff you can't teach.
