Walter Tucker...225lbs, 25 times

The culture is really changing. That 2013 class was small but it looks like it was filled with some very hard workers.

Kid is a freak. Strong and fast, runs hard. I don't know what kind of running back he can be based on the limited reps but he certainly scraps for every yard. He has a speed/strength combo that is tough to find though.
Has a Davenport-type comparison imo

uuuhhhh...No.

Najeh was a big guy with lil man feet, and speed, as well as great ball skills (**** he killed in the flats here)....Najeh was a legent at Central...this kid didnt start at rb at Heritage.

That being said i was VERY impressed with him in the spring game. Dude brings it....drop the hat numerous times. Doesnt have vision or rb feel..but got**** dude runs hard and will punish guys. He is a solid player...and special teams contributor imo. He'll contribute alot this year.

Good form on his part. His elbows aren't flaring out.

Fearless. Love his aggressive style. He runs bigger than his size. If he runs like he did in the Spring game, I think he's going to be hard to keep off the field as the season moves forward.

We need him to do his best DJ Williams 2000 imitation. Be the guy who when he gets the rock always moves the pile. Catch a couple of passes, and be a devastating blocker.

Exactly, kid gives effort...not a natural runner, but can contribute due to raw physical tools.

People forget how special Najeh was coming out of high school because he wasn't the featured back here. But when you look at who he played with, you can understand why.

I really like Tucker. And if he is half as good as Najeh, I will be happy.

Najeh was great and had freakish straight line speed for a big guy…but I think is elusiveness is a bit overblown. I think he was the perfect change of pace back…but as the featured back in college he would have struggled…just like he did in the NFL. Guys that size are very rarely not one-dimensional.

Ahhhhhh. False. Pre ACL injury Najeh was the talk of the town and we probably would have never heard of Willis MaGahee or Frank Gore if he had not gotten injured. At 230lbs running a legit 4.4 you dont really need elusiveness. Dude was just outrunning folks and the ones he couldnt outrun he ran over. Najeh was the **** back in 98'. He struggled because he was never able to get that speed back. Which was his biggest weapon at that size.
