Even Wake Forest has the common sense to only hire a coach from a non BCS program that has actually won something.... YAY at least Miami doesnt have to worry about being out coached by Wake Forest again cuz they're not on the schedule anymore YAY.

But in your mind Wake Forest will now be a force to reckon with....and with your mind set this guy gets what? 30 days to get a TOP 5 class and win the Atlantic next year...oh yea they are not on probation and pretty sure his juniors will not bolt to the NFL or his starers suspended for the first 6 games.....

...ah, the child has to immediately go to his "****" comments. Sad. As for the direction the Canes are headed in, yes, it's absolutely the right direction. Despite 3 years of NCAA uncertainty, no bowl games, and inheriting a team that was short on talent, short on depth, and completely unbalanced in what little talent it did have, things are improving quickly. Add to that the exit of more of the "old" players and the coming top 5 recruiting class along with all of the top-notch recruits from last year that have had a year to develop, and yes, things are progressing nicely. Your expectation for instant gratification is both childish and irrational...just like your posts.

3 years is long enough to win the coastal, and it is really weak this year. We were primed and in position thanks to a weak schedule for two games and lost them both. The late season falloff, again, with the D is unacceptable. You can excuse your way into thinking it is alright and thinking Golden just needs to get his guys here, but if you can't see the issues on D that even all world talent won't help, I can't help you.

Never gave an excuse, never thought "it is alright," never thought "Golden needs to get his guys here," never said there were no issues on defense, never asked for your "help"----these are ideas in your own mind. Turn back the clock three years. Think about the circumstances in which jimbo took over fsu, now AG. Are they even remotely similar? When AG took over, there were NO visits set up! In December!! Can you imagine if TODAY there were no visits set up??? That's insane!! That's one recruiting cycle head start for jimbo. Look at how many players from SFlorida on his team. For three years, which coach had to recruit with the possibility of probation? Which coach had top 5 recruiting classes during this time? These are facts. You're ****ed. I get it. But you can't ignore reality.
