We've been much better defensively the last couple games

Playing defense is about effort and wanting to be there. When you’re hitting, it’s a lot more fun. Similar to basketball.

If anything that 2nd inning helps solidify how special he is.... kid couldn’t find the strike zone and wasn’t feeling any of his pitches that inning....

Oh for sure, seen too many times a starter have the wheels come off and can't recover.

He did swing it pretty good that year. If Toral can sharpen the defense, he may be an option vs RH at DH if Thomas struggles.
