Here are Miami QB commit N'Kosi Perry's highlights from a 3-game stretch vs. Gainesville High School, Buchholz, and Forest.

Kudos to Michael J Fox for the camerawork. Kosi really rips some nice passes up the seam. I like that when he's mobile he takes what he can get and goes down instead of trying to be Jerome Bettis. It's important to be mobile but more important to be injury free.

We haven't had a QB with this kids athleticism and arm in a long time.

Last one I can remember and he never really reached his potential was Kenny Kelly.

Almost the same exact dudes. Both could run but weren't super fast. Both were slender guys with good height. Both had very nice arms. Both shredded it in HS and were looked at as future saviors.

Let's hope Rix gets more out of Perry than the immortal Butch David got out of Kelly.

Kaaya will likely stay and then it will be a battle between Allison and Perry for the job in 2018.

Looks great. His short game is A+++. Nice touch on the deep ball. Excellent awareness and extension of the play. Also some nice east/west throws across the field. Out of the shotgun almost entirely except @ 1:52 with a nice bootleg... This is the play we are truly missing with Kaaya, 'Kosi would have ran for days against some of the teams we played with this play.

WTF, he had plenty of opportunities to stand there in the pocket and take a sack.

Seriously though, if he doesn't stick, I'd consider him out biggest miss in years. He does everything you would ask a college QB to do today and does it very well.

I wonder if he can mantain mobility while adding the 40 pounds he will need to play qb in college?

Primo looks like he may be that dude! He needs to put on some weight tho, and if Brad comes back, a good RS year will do it!

He reminds me of Teddy Bridgewater. Similar physical traits, athletic but not a runner, excellent field vision and IQ. The real test for him will be performing against high-level defenses.
