I got UM at 60-1 the Wynn. That's every 167 to win 10,000. I took UM 335 to win 20,000. Better bet IMHO. If we run the table and beat Clemson in the ACC Championship game, you can hedge out and pick up 5K easy. I'm not saying we win it all, just saying a better bet. :stormwarning:

I have for years placed 100 bucks on us to win it all...got screwed in 2000 and 2002....the 2000 team went off at 75-1...I am thinking the 01 and 02 teams were 5-1...not much...

Just fun bets...nice to see us below the 100-1 like it has been for the last 10 years...

When u return the same 9 or 10 starters from the same suck Defense of course outside people think your D wont improve its the same fkin guys from the bad D.

I can't help but believe this is an incredibly stupid sentiment to have. I can write some reasons why if you want, but I'm not going to waste my time unless you actually believe what you wrote.

We are a 2 point dog against oof gayturds and a 7 point dog against fswho as of right now. Money says bet the under, but I'm going with what I have been told, and I will say it again, internally and Greentree these guys feel that anything less than 10 wins this year is a failure. If they believe they have at worse a 10 win team, then I will believe as well

I've said this before, and this is all assuming Morris/Duke healthy, but if we win all the ones we're supposed to, that's 5-0. If we split the rest, say taking one from the rivals and dropping a head-scratcher to a lesser in-conference foe, that's 4-3, so 9-3 looks to be a good baseline. I'm not going to get the pitchforks for 8-4, since it is technically an improvement, but will be slightly disappointed.

Looking at this team objectively, what have we done in the last decade to prove we can win a game we're not supposed to and win all the games we're supposed to win?

Betting on the old Canes was easy. If they were the dog and felt disrespected, bet the house. If a favorite against top, be careful becasue they might play flat. I still want to see this team get angry about something. Until they show that fire, it is tough to bet them. If I were to bet, it would be the 60-1. If they are good enough to win 10 they have shot at the crystal. Networks would like nothing more than THE U in the NC game against, well anyone, but especially ND, but would take Bama. We get anything going and ESPN will we all over us with flashbacks to Nebraska and OU contrasted to Bama-- can THE U turn football on its head again. The Pipe and The Tie. ****, look how many years UMvsFSU stayed on top of ratings even though we both sucked! TV loves us as much as NCAA hates us.
