It should be starting in a couple weeks... the players have been training in the gym the Monday after the saturday duke game though so don't worry they are getting at it.\

I have already heard Alex Figueroa came in a month ago at 215 and weighed in a couple days ago at 225
 
offseason training started the monday after the last game same as last year. the testing day was the same day Linder, Porter, and Seantrel announced they were staying. Linder said 36 reps, Porter 33, and Henderson 22. Someone said Corey King did 40. Golden has said Chick is up to 270, McCord 230+, and Hamilton 270+. Last year UTough began Feb 8 so I am guessing if it hasn't officially started it will Monday or very very soon.
 
Mccord is going to be a monster when he completly fills out. Last year ag said he played at 212,213.

Seantrel only getting 22 reps sounds like a problem of someone not trying to be focused.

Thanks guys, I kinda remembered it starting pretty early last year but couldn't remember exactly when.

long *** arms...he used to 11 this is huge for him..he will be up to 30 buy fall....

this. he has a biomechanical disadvantage for bench and the dude has come a long way in the weight room since Al got here.

This is Seantrel's contract year, and he is going to be a beast.
We all know Seantrel's potential as a tackle is unlimited. If his work ethic and drive becomes even half his talent then we are talking about a top 10 NFL draft pick next year.
