Interesting FSU is still hitting the portal hard after all the good gems they found last year.

They are going to depend on it every year because they struggle to recruit their own guys.

I saw in an interview with Bud Elliot that depending on the transfer portal is something they don't wanna be known for. Its just something they find themselves in right now.

I mean are they even really known for it?.

The fact of the matter is Norvell isnt a good recruiter....likely evaluator as well. So he HAS to hit the portal to fill holes or promise starting spots to transfer guys.

Most of the guys that arent heavy on hs recruiting live in the portal...SEE MANNY DIAZ

Verse was a hit for them too, but I was looking at the numbers and him an Mesidor were almost equal with Mesidor having more tackles and Verse a half sack more.

FSU would have been a 3-4 win team without the portal the past few years. They have hit on some gems. They used it to backchannel Jackson as they are desperate for DT's. They don't have much after losing their starting DT's.

They won 5 in 21, 3 in 20, 6 in 19, 5 in 18.

They been sh*tty outside of this year and have been using the portal all those years. This year has really clouded our fans judgement of FSU.

And I mentioned in another thread Lsu and Louisville literally gave the games away. So as excited as they were they were a missed FG and 2 stalled 4th quarter drives from 7-5

I believe their defense loses a lot so He is going to have to have a high hit rate.

Ive watched those games as well and they were literally given to them.
