They need to get out the check book and get a proven coach. Teams like Miami and USC used to be able to gst away with nobodies. U cant do that anymore. The pressure is too much to learn on those jobs. Same goes for every other big name program

George Lucas would literally write them a blank check if they asked, but they probably rather he fund something academically instead.

USC and UM have a lot of similarities when it comes to their football programs. Right now, they are going through their decade plus of futility after insane success. I feel their pain.

I do, i feel real bad for them. It's like we have the same problems as they do. They were also in a wilderness before Pete Carroll. They need to get someone like Peterson from UW

As far as EJ Price is concerned based on this older article I am thinking that Miami will play into his transfer choices. He wants great academics and wanted to play for Mark Richt. He flat out says it in the video according to the article.

The major issue is that he would have to redshirt for the 2017 season then have 3 years of eligibility, an Miami needs help for 2017. Also would he be a locker room problem, given that unknowns of what happened at USC. As a positve adding a player like him would help the scout team immensely in terms of giving the defense good reps. I say slow play him until Miami sees whom we land as early enrollee's for 2017 if Price is interested in transferring to Miami.

Rick dropped Price at UGA because Price has some anger issues. He supposedly punched a HS teammate. Highly doubt Rick wants anything to do with him now with this extra baggage from USC.

And fck Hairpie Young. Got no room for that slug traitor with the killers we're bringing in next year.
 
Price will be playing for the Saban wannabe in Athens...

He may go JUCO or transfer to a SWAC team, but best believe he'll ultimately end up with UGA.

If he's actually "homesick", why would he come to SFLA? He's going to UGA if that's the case.
 
Would be nice to grab one or two. We took Willis after his issues at Florida, and he's a monster. But Richt didn't even take a sniff at JC Jackson. Richt has his reasons. I'm sure he would take a kid if he showed a kid with a troubled past if he showed commitment to change.

Didn't know he was handing out pimp slaps on the regular, if true that is a shame and I agree Richt would most likely pass on Price.
