They are playing hard for Manny. They are just playing hard if they showed any discipline than maybe you could argue it was for a coach. The young guys have shown they just want to ball opposed to older guys which is why they are staying competitive based off talent not coaching.
We have all been around UM football long enough to know that when a team has checked out on a coach the performance shows on the field. Its happened for every coach that has gotten fired in the last 15 years. The kids lay down and say F it. Again, that hasnt happened yet. We all assumed it would by now.

You mean in every close loss the last 5 years. I mean if we're going by that logic I guess Manny really shouldn't be on the hot seat cuz we actually won all those games we lost with bad drops and bad penalties and fumbles and everything else. Sometimes you win by f**king up a bit less than the other team. It's a win.
I’m not talking about firing Manny or not and you are making my point. If they didn’t drop a pass they could win, if we don’t miss a 33yrd FG we beat Virginia. The guy I quoted was saying if the kid caught a pass Manny wouldn’t be talking after a win. That same coulda woulda shoulda also applies to our team sometimes when we lose. I think you and I are in agreement there.
