Update on 2017 WR Jeremiah Holloman

WR recruiting continues to be abysmal. We have one difference maker moving forward in Richards and then a whole lot of question marks with limited upside.

Have to somehow land at least one premier WR in this class. Failing to land all of our top targets (Jeudy, Holloman & Smith) at a position of dire need would be unacceptable and a massive red flag.

I mean the other school is UGA(home state school) and have a 5* QB who played pretty well this season. Plus no guarantee Kaaya is coming back.

Keep hearing how Eason "played well" but every Georgia came I've seen he's looked very mediocre outside of his arm strength

That "hail marry" he threw against GT was pretty pedestrian regarding arm strength.

Never said he had elite arm strength but in his defense that throw was off one foot while trying to avoid pressure. Either way the guy is super overrated. Not to say that he can't improve bc he's still young.

I said at the Army All-American game that dude looked overrated, just like Olsen did at the UA All American game. It doesn't help that he has pedestrian o-coordinators as well.

Not trying to say I told you so, but I got lambasted on here for saying Holloman had given a private committ last week. Living close to the kid and from folks knowing family, it was just more than Coach Richt could catch up.

Eason will be a first round draft pick after his junior year, had horrible coaching this year for a starting freshman in SEC.
