I probably wouldn't want them as our standard unis going forward, but I definitely prefer them as the alternate over everything else I've seen (smoke unis were an abomination from the very beginning). IMO everything on those unis is nearly perfect, including the helmets. We look like BAFM Miami Hurricanes in those unis. Imagine our D brigging the pain with those on?

Although, I'd want a simple, old-school Miami look for our standard unis. Agreed on keeping the helmets the same. We're a prestigious program with a ton of history. Nothing says repping your roots and keeping it classy and traditional by wearing the same swag (e.g. UGA, Oklahoma, etc..).

I understand what people are saying but I really liked these helmets! I didn't care for the uni's that much... but I'd like to see the green helmets with the old green jerseys with white pants black socks and cleats!

2000 uni's were the ****. The teams at the time played **** good football and was the **** too. I Sport a road Dorsey, and home Morgan jersey depending on where we play. Let's go Canes! Kick Louisville's ***.
