UM vs Florida game

I only see two games with a great matchup. The ND/Michigan and South Carolina/Georgia game. We may get the primetime slot of 7.30 or 8pm game.

it will most likely be a night game on espn because nascar will be on Abc that night

from what I heard because Nascar is at night we might be getting the 330 game. I really hope thats just bullcrap and we get the night. I love being out there tailgating all day for games like fsu, vt and others. This one would be way bigger.

I know a few UFags that bought canes season tickets just to get a ticket for this one and are trying to dump the rest. That could be some of those season tickets you see being sold on stub hub and sites.

I think if our O line wins the matchup vs their d line we will win the game. I actually think that is our only chance. If their line wins thats matchup they have good enough corners to cause problems for our passing game. We also need to wrap up Matt Jones. No extra yards

Very true. The looks I get driving down university with a small U on the front windshield and a big U on the back . I'm used to it though and wouldn't of had it any other way .

Being the bad guy from age 8 was always kind of cool.

I think Driskel could hurt our defense. We make mobiles look like all stars. If you watch the UF vs UT game highlights on youtube, you'll see a ton of times were Driskel made it happen against defenses who were better than we are projected to be next year. I think we can outscore them though. That is our shot.

I can't believe it will be a night game. In this stadium, expect the worst and you'll seldom be disappointed.

Gators lost players but it's not a wholesale change, like LSU and Georgia, who lost virtually the entire starting defense. They are going to be inherently more physical than us, via the priorities of the two programs right now, and who they are forced to line up against. We need to jump on them early and make sure the scoreboard is dented with touchdowns, not field goals. The field goals won't hold up once Florida asserts as the more rugged team in the second half, like their games at Texas A&M and Tennessee last year. Heck, the FSU game is also an example. Relying on the Louisville tape is foolish, IMO. If anything, that was a helpful jolt to them.

I have more optimism than a few months ago, after watching our spring game. But Florida is the rightful favorite. I'm not big on happy projections, which is what it takes to downgrade them while promoting us. They allowed 2 yards less per play than we did last season.
