players ain't great but when they just sit back and try to react they CAN'T DO IT! That's on the D coach for continuing to put his players in a scheme they can't run.

these guys are not good football players. I am not sure what you want the guy to do for them. you are always going to have to react to a play. that is what playing defense is. Do you want all the players just to run to a spot when the ball is snapped and hope that is where the offense decided to go with the ball?
