I 've been saying it all **** week. Go five wide. If you want a RB , then motion Dallas into backfield. VT's strength is it's LBs, by far. VT isn't going to leave 3 LBs in when you go five wide, giving the offense a good chance of picking up yards on the ground.

Did not like how that quarter ended. Va Tech was moving the ball with ease.

They have one 50 yard field goal. The defense is doing fine.

Yeah their biggest play would of been an INT with any DB not named Dean who crapped his pants on that play . But in the end the D made plays like always .

Then D$ is a very smart man. Great minds think alike. It's obvious how VT wants to play D. Our strength is the WR Corps, their strength is the LBs. We can easily get their LBs off the field. Don't have to be Sun Tzu to see the strategy here.

Yeah JT4 had homeboy beat if the ball is placed in front of him and he doesn't have to wait for it then that is 6!

You can win with big armed quarterbacks or weak armed QBs but you should call a game to your QBs strengths! Rosier with these deep balls has been mainly his WR bailing him out with great grabs or other things. It hasn't been all him. However I am happy that he is willing to take the shots as opposed to being scared by limitations. I think he should throw about 6-7 bombs a game to keep a defense honest.
