Is it just me, or did they just straight up force Duke Johnson in this game a lot.

Duke needs to be a guy that is used in packages. They got down early and they just put the kid in there and he got beat up..dropped passes, smacked around like a prag, missed assignments. He needs to be a package player not forced down the offenses throat. Last week, minimal touches, but made the most out of them. This week...beat up.

Yep, and LU called it when we were down by 14.

Subbing out your best players and putting in the backups for no reason at all just is incomprehensible. No other team does this. I really don't understand. You can't blame that on youth, or inexperience, or anything else. There's just no excuse for Johnson to ever be taken off the field for Cornelius and Armbrister when he's having a great game like this. And for complete and entire series. Defense players need to be in the game to get rhythm too.

I have serious ******* concerns about the substitutions we're doing. They just make no sense whatsoever. Golden and D'onofrio need to explain themselves. No other successful coach uses this philosophy.

That's what happens when your team doesn't have any playmakers.

You play freshmen and they mess up. And you lose football games.

Same thing happened in '97.
