talent exists outside of the state... choosing to not at least try and grab talented kids outside of the state is completely idiotic

This!!! Find, evaluate, and procure talent, whenever and wherever you can find it.
 
LoL, why are yall worried about who coach hickson wants in the fold, obviously that man knows WTF he's doing, and if any runningback recruit that see's these runningbacks already on the roster, and with thad franklin looking like he's locked in, and they are considering UM or still commit, those are the type of guys we need on this roster. No time for playing the wauting game, hickson seems like he locks hus guys up early and connects with the recruits right away somehow, obviously he was an excellent hire keeping it Kosher!
