great hands, but does need to work on route running. I see everybody talking about the elijah canion kid, who has great hands and is a better route running, but I don't see the track speed that everybody says he has. seems like it does not translate to the field.

Bama:

Poitier, an unranked 2020 prospect according to 247Sports, picked up a big offer on Thursday when Alabama running backs coach Joe Pannunzio stopped by the school to let him know he was wanted in Tuscaloosa.

“I was froze,” Poitier said. “Just so exciting.”

Miami:

Earlier this week Poitier picked up an offer from Miami.

“It was great. Getting an offer from a school that’s literally right up the street is great. It’s a great school, a great program, and in a good environment in the Gables.”

Sigh...

Good to see Richt was effective in driving up the value of a UM scholarship offer.

Must get this kid is an absolute stud has great size and speed with spectacular leaping ability and hands

How many WR we taking for 2020 assuming it’s only Payton this year? 3 or 4?
I’m going with 3 due to the fact we’ll need to bring 2 RB’s, 4-5 OL, 4-5 DL, 2-3 LBs, and 5 DBs because of a low DB class this year. That’s minimum 17 players without QB and TE

Awesome.

Grove kid. SMGG kid. Humble, soft spoken young man. Hard worker and fun to coach. Also has D1 basketball offers.

Critiques of his game are for another day. Today is a pretty awesome day for the young man. I'm hype.
I love any kid who played for the Mighty Mighty Grey Ghosts! Blue and Gray for life.

Interesting when you see Louisville, FSU and Tenn and SCar in there. Does this kid have grade issues or something I'm missing?

I doubt the staff would have overlooked a player like this

I would take him over worsham. The **** they recruiting wrs in alabama for if he isnt elite?

Daz catches everything. The most important thing for a WR to do is catch the football. We’ve seen enough of guys like Cager, Evidence, and Wiggins. They look like huge studs but the most consistent thing they do is drop the football.
I doubt Poitier had a real offer from UGA, Bama, or UM looking at his list.
