UF fan asking bout Marco Wilson

Maybe I should look at it as a matter of Spurrier vs Bowden as opposed to UF vs FSU but my respect for Bowden/FSU over Spurrier/UF is because I recall that when we were on top, Bowden/FSU continued to play us even though we beat them and likely cost them at least one title, whereas Spurrier/UF dropped us from their schedule when we were good and then added us back in when we were down.

If I am recalling this incorrectly please let me know as age and memory are starting to kick in and I will find a different reason to hate the Crocodilians.

**** Bowden!We beat them fair and square in 2000 but we ended the season with the same record.Somehow,FSU was ranked ahead of us and played for the national championship.When they interviewed Bowden before the game and asked him about being ranked ahead of us even though we beat them he said "I dont care,that trophy will look just fine on my mantle" .I have absolutely zero respect for that whiny,fat *** POS.**** the Gaytors and the Criminoles.

We jumped out to a pretty decent lead, they stormed back and we took the lead in the final minute. They then had a chance to the it up and yet another kicking blunder. They outgained us and yet we won. Pretty good day for both teams, we just ended up on top.

I don't mind Bowden's comments because he said the same thing any coach would've in his position. He also continued to run up the scores at the end of the season. As everyone on the world seemingly knew that scoring margin was going to play into who got a shot at the national championship. Everyone that is but Botch.

UF has done right by quincy he played as a freshmen, played a lot as a soph and is a flat out baller who just gets overshined by the beast that is jalen tabor

but no denying fla has excelled with DB for years now

True statement.... i dot think he is a lock to UF like some think, and it seems they are prioritizing other CB prospects ahead of him (terrell, davis, wade) and added elijaha blades.... i think its us (Rumph and his dad are super tight) and USC..not to mention its a few South Florda guys out there in Jameel Cook and Pie Young
