Miami Pitchers faced 115 batters and had 43 strikeouts (37% of batters) and only 8 walks. Florida had 26 hits and scored 14 runs. Miami had 106 batters and struck out 33 times ( 31% of batters) and walked 15 times. Miami had 18 hits and scored 8 runs. Miami's hitting was horrible and left way too many runners on base.

All was good until the team got swept this weekend. Dimare had this team at least competitive this weekend unlike the previous skipper

All was good? Why? Because we swept a bad Rutgers team? Please! You obviously didn’t watch any games from last year. This team and staff are repeating the same mistakes as last season. We didn’t even interview a single candidate for the job (again). This is on Blake James.

Im sure you were silent prior to this weekend series.

Anyone saying this team isnt better under Dimare has an agenda and is more concerned about their opinion being correct as opposed to rooting for the team. Personally I find those types of people nauseating.

Why we lose to UF I have no idea.

Well, sadly one big reason we lose to UF is O'Sullivan.

DiMare will have his chance, but there is some validity to the argument that when you hire a protege of a coach that could be said to have gotten a little too complacent in certain areas....u may be getting some of the same.

Again, DiMare is going to get every bit of leeway to prove himself, but against O'Sullivan head to head (thus far) he is not looking like the hungry perfectionist type of skipper that O'Sullivan is....

In a few years will be able to assess better.
