Refused to turn in his phone the night before championship game.. also his 5th suspension this year..

I'm not judging the kid but sounds like he has some maturity issues.
All this **** over a phone? Da fuq? Lol

Two things I see out of Ed is he is going to coach you like it or not and he will hold you accountable. Both good traits.

Don’t all coaches do this? There are degrees, sure, but I’m pretty sure this is a trait of just about every coach out there.

rivers is a stud. Fully envision him being one of the tackles next year.. He has been blocking elite edge guys with ease all week. Has a good build at 6’6-325 and can move well and explosive guys on the edge out in space.

Marcus dumervil was on the same line as rivers this game

If our next OL coach can actually coach allowing Nelson/Clark to make strides with the upside Rivers and/or at least 1 of Washington El-Gammal showing early promise then we might have a solid young core (despite not having much depth. But that's another story) of guys.

I want either scaife or rivers at left tackle. Loser at that battle at the other position.

LT scaife or rivers
Lg Donaldson(if he loses 25 pounds)
C gaynor
Rg Clark/reed
Rt Rivers or scaife

I don’t care if they played last year or not but no one should be guaranteed a starting spot this year and that means not even Zion nelson who has started all the games and Clark. I liked What Clark did more than Zion did this last year but doesn’t mean Ifeel Comfortable with them going foward. Let’s redshirt Zion nelson next year and then have reed battle it out with Clark.
