Tyson Campbell recruitment??

6'3, 180 and runs a sub 10.5 100 yard dash at 17. That's not common. That's insane. This kid is not just the crown jewel to this class in my eyes, he is the crown. This the type of kid that literally eliminates the other teams best passing option. This is really the only recruitment I care about until signing day

Just because you're super fast doesn't necessarily mean you're a lock down defender, Devin Hester is one of the fastest Canes ever, but CB did not work out for him.

You're correct. I also think Tyson has the hips and athleticism to be a shutdown corner. Plus he's physical. Speed masks a lot of inefficiencies in technique, too

**** someone said bladez is better than tyson lol wtf

I'm not understanding why this is so Godly unimaginable.

You going to dig in deep on this one, or just humbly extend your hands so that we can gently place an L in there?

Al is a great Cane, but he isn't even starting in HS. Tyson is elite.

Well, we'll have to wait for them both to enroll and start practicing for me to take my L.

dog look at the speed and explosiveness the short area quickness at his size............I cant believe that ur saying this. U prolly just like Blades because hes a Blades but Tyson is a far superior prospect and its not close.

The truth with Campbell is he will probably walk into a starting position on a preseason top 10 team at Miami with his youth coach as his position coach opposite Malek Young and Bandy at nickel.

Dean Jackson our backups and Ivey Blades Frierson will develop.

Seems like an easy decision when you add the fact that at Miami you get your degree as well.

I think Al Blades is better than Tyson Campbell at this point in his career, Did you see Blades at the opening, he locked every WR

Yeah man you on your own with that one. But hey lets get them both here and then we can find out.... they coming

Aren't you Tyson's cousin? So I expect you to be biased.

Of course I'm biased. Doesn't mean I'm wrong though...

You ain't!!!

Tyson, Surtain, and Taylor-Stuart from CA seem like the 3 elite CB prospects. All are tall, long, can flip their hips, and have 4.3-4.4 speed.

I think you can make a legit argument that any one of those 3 is the best.

I'll be more than happy with just getting Tyson though

Here's the problem with the Hester argument. He primarily played offense in HS. Ty plays defense and has been taught to play the position by former Pro Bowlers & 1st Rounders...

Just another cat paying more attention to the last name than the game...

No bigger STA honk than me, but Tyson is better than Al at this point.

That's because you deal in reality, Wingz. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Blades as a prospect as well as all of the others and believe they all have star potential. But cuz is really a 0.1 percenter. I told that kid when he was 6 years old that he had the talent to be a top 20 player when he becomes a HS senior. He put in the work and I'm lookin' like Nostradamus right about now...

No, sir. Your words were, and I quote you, "I think Al Blades is better than Tyson Campbell at this point in his career. (emphasis added)"

You said right now, not after they enroll and start practicing at UM. That means you need to accept your L now because he's not better "at this point in his career."

RattlerCane305 so when do you think he's going to announce a commitment?
And who are we really battling it out with? I'd imagine Bama and tOSU, can't see FSU or UGA being too much of a threat to us getting him

It looks like near or at the end of the football season. I've stopped asking him about other schools. He knows where I want him to be, he knows where his family wants him to be. It all boils down to him knowing where he wants to be. Ultimately, I believe that place is gonna be Coral Gables...

Thanks for the information. Truly awesome. I hope Tyson comes to the U. It seems like he will be awesome anywhere. Do you know if Heritage allows kids to graduate early and be Early Enrolees. I think Tyson and Nesta will push for immediate starting roles. Being here for spring would be awesome

I'm not sure. I could be wrong but I think cuz said AH doesn't "allow it" or "encourage it". However, James Houston EE'd for the turds last year but I think he was a special case due to his knee injury. I love it for if not anything but the fact that he actually gets to join the team as a 17 year old. He'll be 18 on St. Patrick's Day, right around when spring practice starts...

It's a great day to be born.
It's a sign.
