It’s not just the money, it’s that our coaching staff’s talent is subpar and not reciprocal to what the recruit’s talents bring to the table. The money is just the cherry on top. The major game changer is Manny’s efforts to make this a competitive, competent and 4 or 5 star coaching staff.

Parents are doing their homework, they know an unbalanced relationship when they see one, our coaching talent must begin to reflect the caliber of recruit we desire.
