Pass - if he has to sit a year then it's not worth it, better LBs in the next cycle with full years of eligibility remaining. Taking 2nd and 3rd stringer for depth only will eat up the 25 counters and leave us in similar depth positions down the line.

He will be 1 is serval LB in the portal this summer. Imo we need at least 1 to play immidiately.

He’d have to sit out 2019 when he’d be needed for depth so what’s the point? Rather stack three 2020 linebackers on the solid 2 we got last class. Also 2021 linebacker class should be elite if we hit in one or two top targets (Terrence Lewis, Tyler Johnson and Lil Jennings)
