Tyler Bird

Hope he sticks but either way, not worried about one CB recruit. Miami is and always has been one coach away from dominating and there is no shortage of talented DBs in our backyard every year.

Tennessee, unfortunately for them, is stuck in the middle of the SEC now and they've already exhausted most of their boosters with nothing to show for it.

They are slightly better than Kentucky but worlds away from Bama, LSU and Florida.

Unless they are prepared to go full Ole Mi$$, they wont be doing much in the next four to five years.

I agree ..

Butch has been recruiting hellaciously. Talent is the problem there, it's coaching. He upgraded the DC big time this offseason too. Still think Miami makes more sense for Byrd. He wasn't even considering those guys until 2 weeks ago.

Miami is the septic tank of acc football... look at your prior years.. nothing short of abysmal.... at least tennessee is trending up and is on the way to being a competitor again... you guys are a bunch of delusional infidels

I believe this is one of your ACC brethren blowing smoke up. He doesn't say we.

Guess who the national champions were the last time Tennessee was even ranked in the top 10. I'll give you a hint, you're on their website.

One thing with Byrd is he'll be 20 once the season starts, he gotta be thinking 3 & Out, he won't have that at Tennessee.

That school didn't start showing interest until 2 weeks ago. Not sure the opportunity was available.
But I agree Miami is his best choice

Couldn't agree more.

Go Canes!

Byrd is all Cane!!!!!
I hope you are right.

Trust me Sir... Of course he had a good time in Tennessee he was surrounded by his family and his best friend. But trust me after he looks at his options he will realize Miami is the best place for him.

Or he'll realize Tennessee is the best place for him. Just because we see it one way doesn't mean he won't see it another. He's a player and I'd love to have him, but I hope he makes the right decision for him either way.

LMAO at the guy labeling him a douche if he switches this late. Did you label those who chose us at the last minute douches as well? Nah, I'm sure you didn't.

Byrd knows how much more exclusive a Miami offer is, and that is why he will end up a cane... His buddy wasn't Miami quality, but he is Utenn quality... We are on a different level than Tenn and at the end of the day Byrd will see Miami is the school who offers the best education, best quality of football, and best chance to play for national titles and get to the NFL... Cane...

I don't know where he'll go but one thing I've learned over the past week is Tennesee fans are worst than our own lol who has the time to go on another teams website and talk sh*t. Only scum do that
