Dallas has family in Miami? Even more confident in him ending up here now that I know that
Actually, I feel more confident about Shawn Smith than Deejay Dallasbut I think both end up in the class
Z,
What is the basis of your optimism about Smith and Dallas both ending up in this class? Also how many WRs do you think we take in this class?
Yea I feel real confident we get both but I don't think Deejay Dallas is a receiver. He doesn't play a lot of WR and if you watch his tape when he's on defense, he just looks natural playing FS and he's got great instincts for the position.

“I don’t have any more visits planned right now,” Harris said. “But I’ll get down to Ohio State sometime this spring for sure. I’ll get down to Tennessee sometime and maybe Alabama again. I might visit a couple other schools. I might go on the Raw Talent bus tour. And I think I’ll get to Miami right after school ends.”
A couple days ago, their coaches started following me on Twitter," Harris said. "I spoke with Coach Ron Dugans yesterday and he asked if I was interested in them. I said yes because I know they have a good football program and a good school. He couldn't get in touch with my coach so he told me to call instead. He wanted to know about my top schools and if I thought about committing anywhere."
Harris previously (6-5, 210) had unrelated plans to be in South Florida this summer so now he will use that as a perfect excuse to check out Coral Gables in-person.
"It's crazy because I was just talking with people here, maybe a couple weeks ago, about how Miami is a school I like," Harris said. "I said to my mom that I had a feeling they would come through with an offer on the same day it happened. As soon as I get out of school, I'm going to be in Miami, working out for about three weeks with a trainer. I told them I'll definitely come over for a visit during that time."
Harris also has Alabama, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Penn State, Tennessee, and West Virginia among his sixteen offers.
"I like a few schools from the list, Ohio State, Alabama, Michigan State, Miami now, and Tennessee," Harris said. "Those ones aren't top choices though, I'm staying open to all my options. Michigan State is having a junior day this weekend so I'm heading up for that. I don't know when I'll commit, I keep telling everybody sometime during senior year."
Harris has been to Columbus five times, Tennessee twice, plus Alabama and Michigan State once apiece. He landed his first offer over a year ago but the feeling hasn't worn off yet.
"Every morning, I wake up and thank God for this blessing," Harris said. "I try my best to stay humble and keep working out like always. I don't have much time for football right now during basketball season but I do what I can. Sometimes I won't get home until late because I stay after practice to lift weights or run hills. I'm committed to basketball right now and recruiting has to be more low key."
For those not familiar with Keldrick Carper, he's an 6'3 185 Athlete from Plain Dealing, Louisiana, who everyone says is a WR but on tape he looks like a safety with great instincts
