The elite will recruit and "transfer in" players from non-contenders whom suit their needs. All teams make poor evaluations, this is how the cream of the crop will fix it.

That offense didn’t have a single nfl rb or wr. King carried us with his arm and legs.

For a QB? I would prefer a QB that has ability to scramble compared to a RB that can somewhat pass
