Because It's not the pros. Pay for play is against the rules. The NIL game is about pay for marketing exposure. Archie Manning makes more than TVD because of the attention his name provides, and he hasn't played a down.

I don't know what TVD is bringing in but the only way to raise his value is to increase his exposure and following.

Yet if you read the article, there’s nothing that you would attack Ruiz for in it. Hence why I asked them to read it, and why I’ve gotten no response. Ruiz just basically said he’s not aware that TVD was dissatisfied, he hadn’t heard from him, and that he’s made all the NIL payments, and Ruiz also said that TVD has other NIL deals. He’s not the only one.

I didn’t see a single thing that was damning towards Ruiz, but some people have that agenda on here. I still can’t figure out why. And by the way, whether one of his business ventures is failing or not is a different issue. Right now he’s making all his NIL payments.

Agents leak in pro sports all The time but this situation helps nobody. Miami already knows TVD wants more. Miami also knows he’s being tampered with. Bama doesn’t want it out because , well they’re potentially tampering. There’s a reason this stuff stays in house at every program. There’s no honor amongst thieves but they all know everyone does it. Nobody wins with this getting out. Everyone looks bad and TVD looking the worst.
