Honestly, I think @dycane nailed it after the UNC game when he said:

He's got a great arm but I'm not gonna miss his utter indifference to anything happening on the field. Not all leaders have to be rah-rah cheerleaders or anything, but a large percentage of time this dude acted like he'd rather be anywhere else than playing QB here. It was always clear how much more energized the offense was under anybody else.

That said, I wish him well in his endeavors, but I'm generally happy to see him go since it's clear he didn't really want to be here anymore.

That's not even the issue. You're supposed to be the leader of the team and instead of raising your teammates up, you're flirting with another school for leverage? Nah man. Not sure if anything ever gets brought to light but something really fishy happened with him during that 3-4 game stretch where he forgot how to play football.

Fishy is an understatement. I know he was hurt - but some of those throws were inexcusable. Glad he’s gone.

I still don’t know what “being a Miami guy” means.

We’ve done nothing but recruit Miami guys both players and coaches and we ain’t done **** with them. So either “Miami guys” is a bad thing or it’s like being the 1% of the 1%. So rare that everyone wants to be one but it’s almost unobtainable.
