Yep. Conferences can still regulate it however they want. But the NCAA isn't going to stop it.

Pretty sure the rumor was there is a support staff member that is a real *******. After the ODU game, Hill decided he had enough of him and fought him in the locker room.
At least that's always been the rumor.
