BEAST....
We have another Kellen Winslow 2 on our hands.
a.)Kid has huge hands and snags everything thrown b.) good height and body control (boxes out defenders)
c.)Can run the route tree.....lol @ The Warlord being our best route runner...a kid hat was setting picks and running the baseline his 4 years in high school in Glades Central...
d.)Confidence...dude talks n backs it up..hes been playing with some of Tampa's best since youth leagues (Vernon Hargreaves,etc..)
e.) Raw from a strength and conditioning..kid is beasting..and by looking at him you can tell he isnt/hasnt hit the gym too hard..you'll see him make strides after his 2nd year in proram...he'll hover around 230-240
Good compliment to Standish Dobard....we'll flex him out...send in motion..create mismatches with lb's on the outsides...think you see Dobard work the middle of the field more.
He's a tweeter. Can definitely play TE but can also shift out wide and runs good routes. Has great hands
He isn´t fast or explosive for a TE, but he has size/length and catches everything in his radius. Can see him being huge for Olsen. No KWII or Shockey, but a potent chain-mover and red zone threat.
Trey Burton is what I hope he turns put like

That's good. He was a pretty good player in Varsity Blues.
I like the Hernandez comparison. Once Johnson loses some of his baby fat and works on that pear-shaped body, he is going to be **** quick. He is athletic enough to return punts, so he's definitely not lumbering.
It's been a long, long time since Miami had somebody with truly exceptional hands. Johnson could be that guy.
By the time he is a well-conditioned sophomore, IMO he'll be one of the top players from this class.
