Bell Looks solid but if you take away UNC and Vandy last year his stats over his career are mediocre at best. I know SC isn’t a super exciting offense but is that big of an upgrade for them?

Really surprised SC didn't pony up to keep him. He's a gadget guy who could be a serious problem in FSU's offense. Lines up in the back field & HB/TE. Maybe a reach, but used a little like Deebo Samuel, though obviously not the same talent level.
