Everything i've seen and heard about this kid is he's ALL about himself. Isn't that what we've been trying to get rid of?

I get that he's talented, but don't we need to rebuild this mess before bringing in more of the same? Once the foundation is in place, you can get guys to fall in line. Before then, you are taking a risk with another locker room question.
