Mims would need a waiver to immediately play at another SEC program because he wasn’t in the portal before February 1st…I think that’s the SEC rules for transferring. Could be mistaken.

Don’t really know how the rules work but when I looked it up the closest thing I found for a transfer date 8/5/19. Don’t know if that waiver rule would still be applied.
