We need another LB who has experience and respect from the other players to take command of the team in the field. I know James is stepping up but he still a Young guy and since Shaq left, and probably since Jaquan left, you cannot tell who is the leader on the field on defense. Also these mass substition has to stop. The only place where i want mass substition is on the DL when we have a full 2 deep who can ball and has the coaches trust. Otherwise it should be package based and necessity base. DBs stay on the field, LBs stay on the field. You wanna get on the field, raise your game.

IMO moving Rivers should definitely be in the plans for next year. If we close on enough of the interior guys we're targeting in this cycle we'll have enough talent at C/G to slide Rivers to the edge while you let McLaughlin, Washington, Walker, McCoy, and a possible transfer compete for the other tackle spot.
