2023 Transfer OVs this weekend - 1/6-1/8

- kam Kinchens spent alot of time Friday with Iowa CB Terry Roberts. They didn't go out and do anything crazy; stayed in and talked about the program, etc. Gaby said he also spoke to Roberts on the phone and feels Miami is in a good place right now.

- Darrell Jackson was/is exploring returning to Miami. Gaby doesn't know exactly what that looks like at this point but that is a real thing. He doesn't know where everything is at in that regard but does know that it's something on the table as of some point on Friday night.

- Keep an eye on South Carolina edge Jordan Burch and Miami...

So he was in miami friday, but couldn't stay for an entire OV? I don't know maybe my brain is just melting down right now lol

Yeah I would think he leaves after next year if he has a great year.I expect him to have a great year of healthy. Need to really hit on safeties next class/portal
 
Great news on Lee and if we get him it’s exactly why I wasn’t stressing losing lew. A college ready kid that has 2 years left. He might be 1 in gone and then it gets interesting but Mario should be able to hit the portal well for OL ready guys each year with our NIL money. Plug and play while stacking 5 stars out of high school on the line and letting them develop

Hoping we can salvage the end of Kams career here. Turnarounds happen pretty quickly these days

He likely won’t have the measurables for a first round grade down the line but he’s going to make an NFL thrilled when they get him for a steal

If one were to aggregate or follow 🍞 crumbs he'd say Lee and Roberts are leans (conservatively), and that there's a small, but increasing amount of smoke emanating from the Burch recruitment.
