LT's is locked lolDE needs rotational guys but DT needs difference makers and rotational guys. No spot is locked in at DT, not even LT’s and we all know his ceiling is sky high.

Not sure where u gonna get difference makers at DT at this point. We need to coach up who we have.DE needs rotational guys but DT needs difference makers and rotational guys. No spot is locked in at DT, not even LT’s and we all know his ceiling is sky high.
You aren’t, I was just making a general statement on what we needed at the position. Not sure where u gonna get difference makers at DT at this point. We need to coach up who we have.
Just stop it….Man he’ll probably still move like that at 310-315. We don’t need him to be that big. But a year from now he might be better than LT.

Marshall was 5th in the country against the run last season with similarly sized DLinemen. Guidrys defense doesn’t need it.
In fairness we also played a slew of programs with less talent and got our ****s pushed in, so I'll take talent where we can find it.who did they play other than ND. A whole slew of programs with even less talent than they have.
While I agree conceptually, it’s a different conference with different coaches and strategies.
I think Guidry will be successful with what he’s got on the roster currently, but physicality is elemental on football. You can get by a few games here and there by masking a lack of physicality.
But not a whole season.
Im sure Marshal schedule is trash. I think Giddy is a legit D Cord but Marshal doesn't play anyone. Our trash scheddy is better than there's 100%.
It's a bit better not by a long distance imo. But it's getting there with this class that arrived recentlyAnd our talent is better. I don’t understand why this is brought up as if we just straight up flipped rosters with Marshall in.

Mario Cristobal and staff stayed hot on the transfer portal trail, as defensive end Anthony Campbell from the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM) announced his commitment to the Canes. Campbell, originally from Bartow, Florida, will be returning to his home state to join the Hurricanes and is expected to make an immediate impact by adding depth to their defensive line rotation.
Standing at 6-foot-7 and weighing 283 pounds, Campbell is an imposing presence on the field. After graduating from high school in 2018, he began his collegiate football career at Independence Community College in Kansas, where he played for two seasons before transferring to ULM.
In the 2022 season, Campbell recorded 13 tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble. His performance caught the attention of several Division I programs, with recent offers from Auburn, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, TCU, Penn State, and others. Ultimately, however, Campbell has chosen to take his talents to Miami, where he will be a valuable asset to the Hurricanes' defense.
With his size and athleticism, Campbell has the potential to make a significant impact on Miami's defensive line. The Hurricanes have been busy gathering commitments from the transfer portal in the last week — picking up RB Ajay Allen (Nebraska), CB Ja’Dais Richard (Vanderbilt), WR Tyler Harrell (Alabama), and now Campbell. The Canes are expected to stay active and add more to the roster. Stay tuned to Canesinsight for all of the updates.

and they were cheeks earlier in the season especially on O but they finished strong.
