Bama did it to that DE from Sebastian last year. And he was a high 4-Star. This will not stop unless... we are the ones doing it. Then it’s pre-meditated murder in the eyes of the community.

I think the difference is that they have no one else in the state to compete with. We do anything even slightly wrong and fsu and gates would be all over it.
The kid from Sebastian played himself by waiting till nsd and bama was full and they took him as a grey shirt. This kid was committed for a while and after they were full they dropped him cause he was one of they’re lowest ranked recruits. That’s what’s so foul. They didn’t dump the last dude to commit and at he very least they didn’t reward his loyalty and commitment. I know it’s a business but a bad look. But on the other hand do you really think this guy’s Family is paying anything out of pocket? No way bruh. that network is gonna funnel money someway somehow to that family for that tuition. It would be even worse if they offered Holloman's bro a schollie and left this dude out to hang.
 
Smart was part of this practice at Bama who gets players to agree so other teams would not have access or build depth.

I've been saying it for a while. For some reason we are held to a different standard by the local guys/coaches. We can't get away with stuff schools like UF FSU do.

Andy Slater would have Puke on for 48 straight segments trashing everything and everyone UM if we dared do this.

That said, the programs that don't engage in this scumbaggery should be much louder about it- especially how it's rampant in the mighty $EC.

I'm sure there are some sort of "benefits" for the young man and his family to wait a year. Probably not worth the time or resources for a guy that is not elite. Especially if they like where they are with this years DT class. That said, I don't know this guys value to Jess & CMR.

If this happened in South Florida there would be blood in the streets and people crying for Miami to be shut down yet in Georgia they can force a kid thar signed with them to drop out of the class and go to JUCO so that they can sign a grad transfer.

Most SEC schools are decent to good. They get that reputation because of Ole Miss, Miss State, and LSU, but people run with it and try to say SEC academics are awful.

Brock, it might not be Bama/MST/Ole Miss, but Georgia is not an academically desirable. The only two in the $EC are Vanderbilt (for sure) and Florida.

Those same locals been selling theirs kids to SEC schools for years but we gotta be simps to save them when they can't bank on a check from Bama and try to use Miami as a second choice? Go tell those locals to go suck some c*ck.
 
very good athlete, technique needs work. he seems to overwhelm with his athletic ability. Not sure if he is a DE or DT in college but i would take him. we need to load up on Dlinemen and DB's.
