Well you're not privy to everyone in South Florida. There are kids just as talented especially in Broward that are under the radar. This kid is great but we have kids just as talented in our back yard.

And apparently so does Miami's new staff because according to the latests Works Report. Miami's 2017 defensive recruiting board with committable offers consists only of Florida players.

The Staff already stated they are staying home, first, then cherry pick out of the state. I have no problem with that, at all; that's how we used to do things. My point is your comment about his tape. it was a complete lie. U said he was thoroughly handled and that wasn't close to being the case. The kid got home consistently b/c his first step was explosive. You made it appeared that wasn't a take b/c his tape sucked and that was an utter lie, dog.

While the focus for everyone team is home base first, Miami won't turn down a top prospect from anywhere. I would say the staff and fan base would prefer those kids commit and not use recruiting for a free visit to a place you adore. If that the case, then come for 3-4 years.

2nd I am not a homer; it is well known that for years I have posted about kids with talent from all over the country that I feel are Miami Caliber and could help the team, so have signed with Miami some haven't. So for you to speak from such an ignorant point of only make you look truly uniformed.

3rd just to prove my point as to the superior level talent in the south and in particular Florida look at where the young man is ranked by the recruiting services vs some others kids from Florida or the south. I would not belittle someones efforts in sports just to create a post on forum, the talent throughout Florida and the south speaks for itself historically an in the 2017 class.

Plus his Grandparents live in Fort Lauderdale, that helps That he knows that if he's needs to study but also need to do laundry or wants some home cooked food, help and a good meal is 30 minutes away
