Too much Cane on Cane hate and Negativity!

I think we have a good class it just feels incomplete and this is the time of year
where we are looking for Al to start officially closing on these kids. We can live with
the kid from Buffalo but if there are no sanctions cloud over our head and after
a DECADE a TOTAL DECADE of frustration its wearing the entire fan base down...

that is a reflection on our attendance...I am not sure if the president, AD, Academic
staffs, coaching staffs understand our rich history and tradition...Winning Football games
allowed the entire university to prosper...We just have not seen it...The further
you get our of reach the further our program will sink into a black hole, while

Other programs rebuild in 2 - 3 years...Auburn has a coach that was coaching in high school
about 5 years ago and the guy is going to a National championship. Its hard to read on
the message boards because our recruiting has our fan base like a yo-yo It looks good
but by signing day we are reaching again...

I feel you and I am the first to say all if that, still doesn't mean we have to hate on one another! I believe a coach has 4 years to rebuild! By the time his first recruiting class graduates, the program should already be in the right direction. What worries me is next year is year 4, and the offense is pretty good, but the defensive scheme is sub- par! But still dissing each other and recruits resolves absolutely nothing!

I don't think we are dissing each other per say but it's more like a heated discussion amongst fans

You got a coach that does embody good philosophies but I don't know nor am I sure the fans know if he is the right fit
Maybe at a penn state or Michigan but I. Miami you got to be willing to embrace all that is miami our history, the cities where thee kids
Come from and our hungry fan base that yes has a lot going on outside of Saturdays

You have a coach that's yes a players coach nice guy and a good media guy but
He is weakening our schedule, getting recruits that no body heard of constantly miss using this roster
Not good on game days and has a friend that he refuses to fire that has one of the worse defenses in the country

He has not won any thing and he plays on words constantly yes I get that we have 9 wins but against who
Yea it's a top clas but he is missing on some good players for the sake of guess who's
Lolol I am confused if he has offered 5* safety/cb McFadden for 2015 is this a joke

His evaluations are hitting and missing and you have to have a system that your talents is good at
I think he is losing some of these players honestly but hey signing day is a long way away we will see what happens

I've been staring at this post for awhile trying to figure out why it exists. Then I noticed you did not capitalize "much" or "hate." Eff you OP.

Look, I hope everyone at least reads this! There are way too many people name calling one another and hating on one another! This is getting out if control. You are all letting these 17 and 18 year old kids get to you so much that you are insulting, mocking and hating on one another- JUST STOP! Wait till Signing Day or the All American games to analyze this! These kids are making the biggest decisions in their lives up to this point and some barely know what they are going to wear to school the next day even with a mandatory uniform in place much less are they going to know how to "troll" or which school is not good for them. Let them be. Don't diss them either. At the end of the day, and I say this all the time, the best Canes are the ones who want to be here, regardless of the stars and ranking. Most of these kids have talent and the ability, it's the desire and the want to win that makes then practice harder, play harder, and be the best teammate to their brothers! Focus on who we got, because one thing about this class is that they are already talking championships! Not one, but multiple, and most of them know the history of the I and what it means to be a Cane! But most of you overlook it. If a recruit ever got on one of these sights and just read and never posted, they would not come here because most of you can't stand one another yet we are all on the same team except the random Gator and FSU fan on here. Don't you think those people screenshot some of this stuff and laugh about it in their sites? Most likely! So please Canes Fam, just stop, read, but not too much into everything, enjoy all the commitments and players we sign, and do your job which is root for these homies- that's what we're supposed to do!

Wrong on so many levels.

1.) How many times has Golden talked about embracing the past? Reeled off names of HOFers and All-Americans during interviews that are now welcome back on campus after being alienated by his predecessor? Do you even listen to radio interviews or read articles available for free by other sources? J/C

2.) Embrace the cities where these kids come from? Huh? How about offers out to Carol City, Northwestern, Booker T. Golden also lowered the price of his camps to an affordable rate for inner city kids, unlike RS's camps, which were well over $150. How about the coaching clinics he hosts and has an open-door policy to all area coaches?

3.) Weakening the schedule? So with an expanded ACC that includes Notre Dame and Louisville, and I don't need to remind you a conference in which Miami hasn't even won the Coastal Division, you're worried about the schedule? A schedule that included UF this year, Clemson the next two seasons, and Nebraska and Cincinnati coming shortly? Golden and staff need to start beating FSU, VT, and UNC consistently before we worry too much about OOC games.

4.) Getting recruits nobody has heard about? :mmkay: Yeah, it's a top class, BUT. But what? Golden can't close because Cook, Lane, and Rudolph, who are good players but are way over-hyped and talked about here, want to skip town? Gimme a break. This class will finish in the Top 10, which is a minor miracle considering the tidal waves of negative recruiting because of the investigation. Next year should be fun to watch, mark my words.

5.) Evaluations are hitting and missing? Lots of young talent that needs to be developed, sure. But who's he missed on? It's too early to call sophomores busts, and he didn't recruit #31, #59, #22, and other starters I could list.

You do also realize that Coach Golden has UM on the verge of its first 10-win season in a decade, right? That he just won the Lombardi Leadership Award, right?

We all know about the defense, and nobody here isn't concerned and wants it to be better. You think the coaches don't?

I just can't come to terms how anyone looking at this situation with an unbiased and clear mind cannot be excited about the direction he's taking our Hurricanes.
