If most of the top notch South Florida kids was like Howard we wouldn’t have to worry about Bama & Georgia. This kid got dropped from the class and still has more love & respect than some of these sell outs. I guarantee a certain kid won’t say a word about us practicing there.

Southridge is way bigger than just Stevenson. The whole South Miami-Dade area puts out some monsters

Good. Having the dead period be basically the entire summer hurts Miami IMO, negates the ability to get our targets on campus as much as possible.

Understand what you mean, but it hasn't had the affect on several top locals we wish it would. This year Stevenson is exhibit #1.

Disagree ,we could have had multiple prospects on campus visiting Miami practices daily in August whereas they wouldn’t have been able to visit these other schools considering the recruits have their own practices they have to attend and wouldn’t have time for it

I like the August Dead Period even though it hurts schools with a strong local recruiting base.

Unless the weight loss got him moving better which I think we will see a different Shaq out there if hes smaller, a better Shaq. I always thought he was too heavy when he came in as a fresh, imagine with AG he would be 260 right now.

Shaq dropped over 10 pounds this summer so he could be better in coverage. He just finished his sophmore year and is a preseason all-american. Not out of the question that he could fall into the 1st.
