I hope Cleveland and New York are two of those teams that don't.

I’ve seen a bunch of Callahan press appearances. He talked about reviewing all the zoom calls he taped when Burrow first came in at Cindy- how they did the install etc. he also talked about taking aspects of the offense Burrow ran at LSU and was good at and melding them in. Said all the right things. It's the most apt comparison in terms of just raw passing ability.
The major difference is, Tennessee isn't anywhere near the stable franchise that Kansas City is/was when they moved up to get Mahomes.
However, I still think Cam will do very well in Tennessee; although I'm not sold on the Callahan - Nick Holz combo as HC & OC.

Who concerns you- the OC or Callahan?
Well , that doesn’t sound promising. Callahan needs to have a good year- hopefully they let Cam be Cam to some degree to be successfulBoth.
Neither one of them have a great history as play callers.
Callahan didn't call plays in Cincinnati, that's Zac Taylor's Offense & tbh, the Bengals have been mostly an overrated team in the Joe Burrow era.
Their Offense isn't really that special, it's just the McVay system with less Zone runs & instead of working everything from the Inside out with the Slot, they work Outside in with the X. Whole lot of motioning & intermediate Seam routes. It's a quick hit Offense.
Nick Holz has never been a play caller in his career. The only time he was an OC was at UNLV, before Marcus Arroyo got fired.
I suspect they're going to run a balanced & safe Offense; Cam is at his best when the offense is in attack mode & being hyper-aggressive pushing the ball down the field.
I think they're going to try to rein in his Gunslinger mentality & it will ultimately affect his game in the net negative.
The way to maximize Cam's game is to unleash him & let him hunt the Defense.
Either at 9 to the Saints, or the Steelers trade up to get him.Well , that doesn’t sound promising. Callahan needs to have a good year- hopefully they let Cam be Cam to some degree to be successful
I see they may be looking at one of the WR who played both with Cam at Wazzou and for Holz at UNLV. I believe his name is Kyle Williams.
Seems like there could be some QB surprises. Where do you think Shedeur ends up ?
