I wouldn’t be. The Carolina O was decent last year with Teddy at QB. Any OC is gonna look terrible if your O-line sucks and you lose a decent QB.

you don't hire first time coordinators for that kind of money. I get he was in the NFL but I was hoping when I heard 2 million that we were going to get an "elite" dude

brady can be "elite" but usually you don't pay this much to "hope" someone can be an excellent coordinator
