That's pretty harsh IMO. Haith for 3-5 years when the only thing they have is Jones and that seems flimsy at best?

I think it's more of an all or nothing thing here - if Tressel got 5 years for not reporting extra benefits like some free tats, you would think Haith would be in much more trouble if he knew about a $10,000 payment going to a player to get him to come to Miami (extra benefits for recruits is worse than players already there). Now this is only if: 1) There was a payment and 2) Haith knew. If either of those are not true or cant be proven, then I think he gets no punishment, if they are proven well I think he is going to be out of the NCAA for a long time if not forever.

It's the way we roll from here on out, cannot afford any dead weight anymore, no need to clear 15 out every year, but 4-5 that aren't contributing need to have the door hit them on the *** on the way out
 
If we are going to take 35 kids, we will need to make room. We have 8 open schollies and 17 SRs approximately. We will need to jettison at least 10 kids between now and August.
