You said he doesn't sound like a good OC, and that he needs to be gone. Please tell me what a good OC sounds like. I take it you coached college football or know more than he does...what doesn't make since with what I said? That he is our best recruiter and we can't afford to let him go. You guys are already crying about loosing kids from SOUTH FLORIDA who obviously don't want to be here. From what I have read seems like the majority of kids down in SOUTH FLORIDA and CALI love this guy. They just want to go to a contender which we need to get back to doing.

They love him so much that they keep switching their commitments.
 
The only thing he brought to the table the day he was hired was he was supposed to be a monster out on the recruiting trail. If he can't do that, what does he actually bring to Miami ? We know he can't coach worth a ****...
 
When we win they will come, until then it's all up to the coaches selling our brand...none of the coaches can do anything about kids switching commitments but keep recruiting them... I'm not saying he is a good coach but I don't think he is that bad

When will we win with this crew of coaches ? What gives you any hope with Coley calling plays and Dorito drawing up defensive schemes ?

Lmao we had a injured Morris who was our best QB who looks down one receiver the whole time...I seen so many games with receivers open on crossing routes etc last year. I actually started to miss Jacory

Let's not jump to conclusions and give him a chance. I do agree though that he doesn't seem very well educated. Just listen to some of his interviews and tell me you are impressed. You can't. I just hope he know his stuff and can relay it to the players. My heart wants to believe he can but my mind is saying uh ohhh
 
Why don't you just say what you all mean by his "voice"?

Does he sound "uneducated," or too "ghetto" for you guys? Is he not "white enough?"

Exactly what bothers you so much about his voice?
