Watched the entire first half and back and forth on the second half between NBA and this game, haven't seen him make one play yet.
Not saying he wont be a good addition, just commenting on this game.

Y’all think Thomas is small... wait til you Really see Troutman. I’m a fan of the kid, indeed I am, but I don’t know about his size. Saw him in pads in the spring, and from a far, he looked to have a decent size. However, after seeing him a couple of days ago... I’d say at best he’s 5’10 185-190. I’m still for the kid though.

Cotdam, why we keep getting these undersized guys.. We have that small slow texas kid (some say he is a player, hopefully), can these guys not recruit LBs? Manny been here 5 years and asking Golden/Dorito LB to redshirt because he cant get anybody ready.. wtf

Perryman and Spence were two of our best backers in decades and both were under 6”

For the 1,000,000,000 time. The dude is 5'11". With Addidas game shoes on he's 6. Whether he can ball out for the Canes, I don't know. Will leave that to Diaz and Co and the select few on this site.

Also, he's transitioning to lb ... and why are we so caught up with height ... the nfl has shown that that doesn't matter as much as we move away from traditional measurables and just look for good football players

As long as he's 5'10 210LBs once he starts playing he will be fine.

Corey Flagg is supposed to be the best LB we have from last year's class. This year LB Class has plenty of Size.

James Williams is 6'5 215LBs and will play some LB

Chase Smith is 6'3 195LBs

Tyler Johnson is 6'2 200LBs

Thomas Davis is 6'0 240LBs and will play LB/DE

He’s small for what we’re recruiting him which is DE.

Bradley Jennings Jr lil brother is about 6'3 225. He is also rated a 4 star linebacker. But posters on here say he's too slow. So we're left choosing between fast small guys, or bigger slower guys(which we almost never recruit now). We never get the total package.
