This IS The Biggest Game Of Al's Career

LMAO I was waiting for one of the tards to start this thread

How many times have we heard this year "this is AGs biggest game" LMAO

How's it not?
Not saying that, but theres literally been 5 games so far this season that were "AGs biggest games" according to this board

The VT game was "that game" IMO.

This. I think VT was "the" game this year.

Not sure I agree that it's the biggest of his career because he's still very much trying to re-build our program. We still have missing pieces, but he has us moving in the right direction.

It's a long shot, but this could very well be a 9-10 win team this year. That is incredible.

Actually the UVA game is pretty meaningless, particularly if Duke beats GT the following week. I get "finishing the job," but the goal was the ACC Coastal and we took a huge step in the right direction last week beating VT, which was the biggest game of Al's coaching career. This UVA game has nothing on the VT game.

It is not meaningless, this is a team that has beat us the last few years. They also did well against us the last game in the OB. While it MAY not be as important, it is quite meaningful.

We need to win games, we need to keep winning games even if they are "meaningless." If we beat UVA and lose to Duke (if they lose to Clemson) then we can get it but we need to give it all in these remaining games. They are certainty not "meaningless."

The most meaningless game is USF, that has no effect on the ACC (maybe a tiny bit on recruiting) but is certainty not meaningless.

Going from 6 regular season wins, to 8 is a big jump. It is also twice as many as some journalist predicted, to get to 8 we need to beat everyone. Would be cool to go out winning our last 4 games in the regular season too.

Of course no game is meaningless, but the thought of the UVA game being the biggest of Golden's career is just silly, particularly when it has no real impact on our chances of winning the Coastal (unless GT beats Duke as well).

I agree and disagree.

This is a big game because of our recent history and who are we to overlook anyone. Combine that with, we should win the rest of the games on the schedule. We have a big game.

I understand that we can limp into the ACC without beating UVA but that isn't guaranteed either. We should take this game seriously as if it is our last. No joke, the tasted of the OB is still in my mouth, I hate UVA I want to rape them LITERALLY. This is certainly not the biggest game of the season, but it is important and not meaningless.
